Each year to encourage shoppers to stay in Laramie and spend their money locally.

Participating businesses give tickets to their customers throughout the shopping season.  Then on Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas we will draw winning numbers and announce them on the radio.  To win players must show the matching ticket to the business they are listening in so they can call and report a match.  Winners then proceed to the drawing location to determine their prize by drawing from Santa’s big red bag of cash.  Players can win up to $500 that can then be spent in the sponsoring businesses.
